Hi, my name is Shawn Seeley. I’m hoping to post at least once each week, sharing my thoughts, reflections, and experiences as an elementary teacher. As of the 2019-20 school year, I am in my fourth year of teaching, and I am currently teaching fourth grade. I am always looking for new ways to incorporate current best practices into the classroom, enriching the learning experience for all my students.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading a mixture of leadership, children’s, and professional development books. My wife is also an elementary teacher (currently teaching third grade), and we have two children, ages five and four.
